一莲宣涟，是译廉宣廉的谐音。字面意思为一朵莲花掀起涟漪，意在通过翻译廉洁人物、廉洁故事这件事情，在学校掀起廉政建设宣传教育的新浪潮。

一片赤诚，一心为民

杨善洲，1952年11月加入中国共产党，曾任云南省保山地委书记。1988年3月退休以后，主动放弃进省城安享晚年的机会，扎根施甸大亮山，义务植树造林，带领大家植树造林建成面积5.6万亩，价值3亿元的林场，且在2009年4月，将林场无偿捐赠给国家。

杨善洲常说：“我手中有权力，但它是党和人民的，只能老老实实用来办公事。”1970年，杨善洲的妻子刚刚生下三女儿，正在坐月子，可是家中没有粮食了，一家人只能靠野菜掺着杂粮勉强度日。乡里知道了这个情况，急忙送去30斤大米和30斤粮票，杨善洲知道后，和妻子说：“我是共产党的干部，我们不能占公家一丝一毫的便宜，领导干部的家属更不能搞特殊！这大米和粮票要攒了还给公家。”过了大半年，杨家攒够了这些大米和粮票，还给了乡里。

杨善洲在退休之后，获得众多荣誉，被誉为“活着的孔繁森”，也是2011年全国道德模范候选人，2011年《感动中国》十大人物获奖者。2019年9月25日，杨善洲获得“最美奋斗者”荣誉。

绿了荒山，白了头发，他志在造福百姓；老骥伏枥，意气风发，他心向未来。清廉，自上任时起；奉献，直到最后一天。六十年里的一切作为，就是为了不辜负人民的期望。共产党员为的是大公、守的是大义、求的是大我，更要正心明道、怀德自重，始终把党和人民放在心中最高位置，做一个一心为公、一身正气、一尘不染的人。杨善洲不仅是一位好党员、好干部，更是我们党的领导干部队伍中一身正气，清正廉洁的好楷模。

In All Earnestness, With full Devotion

Yang Shanzhoujoinedthe Communist party of China in November 1952,andonceservedas the local party secretary in Baoshan, Yunnan.After retiring in March 1988, he voluntarily committed himself to the forest conservation and management rather than enjoyed a peaceful life in his late years in the provincial city.Duringthatperiod,aforestry center worth 300 million yuan with an area of 56,000 acres had been built with the help of local people under Yang’s guidance.

Yang always says that “I do not have any exclusive interests for myself, and putting the people’s interests in the first place is my priority”.In 1970, Yang’s wife just gave birth to her third daughter, but unfortunately his familycouldonly live from hand to mouth by eating wild vegetables and mixed-grains for the lack of food.Knowing his trouble,thelocal fellowmanagedto send bags of rice and food coupons both weighing 15kg to help him deal with the emergency.However, Yang kindly refused it and said to his wife: “I am a member of the Communist Party of China who serves the people and works for the people, therefore seeking any personal privileges is unacceptable! We should return all of these to the public.”After more than half a year, Yang Shanzhou has stored enough grains and food coupons to return to thevillage.

After his retirement, Yanggotmany honors：the "Living Kong Fansen",the 2011 National Moral Model candidate, the 2011 winner of "Moving China"andthe most beautiful striver.

He aims to benefit people by spending decades to plant a mountain full of green trees, so his hair become gray.He devoted to the future by working diligently to serve the people with passion. From the time he took office, he has been righteous and incorruptible ; he has committed to serving the people until his retirement. In the past sixty years, he has tried his best to live up to the expectations of the people. The Communist Party members are for the great public, keep the great righteousness, and seek the great ego. More importantly, they should be righteous and clear, carry virtue and self-respect, always put the Party and the people in the highest position in their hearts, and be a single-minded, upright and chaste person. Yang Shanzhou is not only a good party member, good cadre, but also a righteous, clean and honest good model in our party.
